In recognition of Fall Prevention Month, we hosted an insightful Virtual Bone Health Talk with the theme, Does Sitting Weaken the Bones? Presenter Ama Lee shared the effects of prolonged sitting on bone health, highlighting both positive and negative impacts. The session featured a guest speaker who introduced reflexology as a complementary practice, explaining how it can improve circulation, stimulate bone-related reflex points, and enhance balance—key for fall prevention.


The talk wrapped up with a lively Q&A, where participants exchanged experiences and discussed how to integrate reflexology into their routines. Survey feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees finding the information both practical and enlightening.
