BONE HEALTH DANCE-A-THON

Did you know that the process of building strong bones starts in childhood? Many people have weak bones and don't know it. Unfortunately, bones may silently weaken without warning, impacting mobility, strength, and balance as we age. That's why we're passionate about raising awareness and taking action for better bone health.

Join us at the Dance-a-thon to promote bone health through fun-filled activities and dancing.  Dancing is not only enjoyable but also a weight-bearing activity that helps strengthen bones, improve balance, and promote overall health.

Your support will empower non-profits' community outreach efforts and expand our youth and family programs, instilling healthy bone habits from an early age.
